I've sent money via PayPal a few times and had no trouble, but now the app won't let me send funds because I need a credit card. My bank account is linked to it and I even topped up my balance to cover the money I want to send. But it's still asking for a credit card. Has something changed recently that it now needs this back up (despite there being adequate funds on hand)? Edit: I added a prepaid credit card (that doesn't actually have any money on it, but eh) in the hopes that the need for a credit card would be satisfied, but alas, it's now giving me the choice to use that card or add another. Nothing on using my balance or bank account ¯\_(-_-)_/¯
