Hi,
I returned some items purchased via Paypal and am attempting to submit a request for a shipping refund, as I have done many times in the past. When it asks me to select the date of the return, a calendar for the month of January pops up. I made the return in December so I tried to go back, but I keep getting a message saying that the request has to be submitted within 30 days of the return. It's January 13 today, yet it only lets me choose a date from January 5 and on. Has anyone else encountered this problem and is there any way around it?
