Can't select Kuwaiti Dinar as my primary currency. Please help !!

I have an Indian Paypal Account currently linked to my bank account and ATM card. I want to select Kuwait Dinar (KWD) as my primary currency but I cant see KWD currency in the lists of currency. There are only few limited currencies I can choose from. Please can somebody help me?

@sharpiemarker So there is no way of adding KWD as my primary currency If I don't have the option to choose it ???
