I've been trying to refund a payment for an item I'd sold on feeBay. I've tried doing it with a partial balance, before adding enough funds to my PayPal account. On all occasions I get as far as confirming the refund, and then I get the error message:
We can't process any refund right now due to technical reasons. Please try again later.
While I could send the other person the money directly, I would prefer to have the fees refunded as well.
