Can’t recieve payment

Hello.I recently open an ebay account and a paypal account since ebay work with paypal to make the trasaction.I verified my card and all it asked.Yesterday me first item sold but after i talked with the buyer he said the payment doesn’t work.He send me pic.please help The message said “we identified a risk that prevent us from completing the payment

You have auto withdrawals in your country for any received payments so have you added a confirmed credit card for that to happen when you receive payments as you can only withdraw to a credit card.
