So I wanted to start commissioning art works for a friend and he was gonna send some dollars for it, but he gets this error saying," This recipient cannot receive any payments" but I have linked my atm, my bank account and everything else that it needed. BUt he still keeps getting the same error message. What is wrong with my account??
