I've tried contacting paypal about this so many times and I have gotten no help. I am unable to receive or send any payments and I recently just found out that paypal won't even let me unlink anything. I am from the United States, and this all just randomly occurred after I linked my bank account. I have tried almost everything and nothing has helped me.
