Whenever I try to receive payments from someone. It tells them "Sorry, this recipient can't accept payments right now." I tried to add another email but it wouldn't let me do that either. When I tried to request money, it didn't let me do that either. I have a bank linked and everything so I don't know why this randomly started happening.
