Can't receive payments on new business account.

can't receive any payment, the message is :

Your payment of $500.00 USD to Zemmus LLC on Feb 2, 2021 couldn't be sent

From time to time, PayPal must review a payment more closely to ensure it complies with the established User Agreement and our global regulatory obligations. We identified a risk that prevents us from completing this payment. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Almost 3 weeks I can't send/receive money, what is the reason?
