Hie guys I'm new to PayPal and i just created the account today, someone wants to send me money but keeps showing the error which says your recipient can't accept payments now what might be the problem?
Thank you for your post. The capabilities of accounts in each country vary based on regulations and other limitations in different places. An account based in your country is able to send payments but not receive them. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
