PayPal is either reviewing the source of funds or the money was sent as an eCheck. Or you were sent a goods and services payment and being a new user, may be subject to the 21 day hold on your payment which can be released sooner upon delivery of the article to the customer. Click on the transaction for more details as no one here can see your account. Funds will be available once the payment is marked "'complete" or showing in your available balance.
