Can't receive donations through Streamelements

Can't receive donations through Streamelements, as someone presses 'Donate' they get an error, "Error! Seller Restriction"

I also have this message popping up, when they tried to give me a donation.

@Harpy , Just read your notifications on the paypal account.

In my case, my account was restricted, asking for documents and ID's. Easy to fix. Just read the guide after clicking on the paypal notification.

Everything works again beautifully.
