Hello. I'm from Egypt and for some reason, I can't either receive or send payments. I used to send payments but now I can't anymore. Any solution to fix this? The message I get when someone tries to send me money is "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later" and the error when I try to send money is "Your payment method isn't working. Do you want to try again with another card or bank?" and sometimes "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later".
