Can’t receive Money

A friend of mine in Lebanon wants to send me Money on my paypal account but every time He tries it gives him a message “Sorry The Recipient can’t accept personal payments” Could you please advise if anyone had the same issue before Thanks <Removed>

He may be trying to send it using the friends/family option which is not available in your country and you can't receive those types of payments.

He would need to send it as a goods/services payment OR use xoom if that is available in UAE.
