I can pay with my Paypal balance it needs to add credit card/debit card, my balance has different currencies (USD & MYR), 2019-06-04 I already paid $15.86 payment for eBay purchase, also today try to pay $9.70 to eBay purchase after that I got that message,please help me to solve my problem.

If this is the case, I would attempt the payment at a later date or link and confirm another funding source to use.
