Can't pay with my Paypal since 4 years...

I can't pay with my Paypal Account since the Beginning. I've sent the ID card, the adress confirmation, and everything they asked. But still can't pay, just top up Money. I've sent an email to Paypal, and they sent me a CODE, but I don't know, what to do with it. Can anyone help me, please!

What funding source have you linked to your paypal account to fund any payments?

What am I gonna do with the 6 digit code? Where should I type it?

If its the code to confirm the card then go to your paypal wallet > find the card > click on it and imput the code.
