Can't pay/purchase online using PayPal

Hi guys!

I need your help. I'm currently playing Ragnarok Online and I wanted to buy in-game money using PayPal. I was able to purchase once via https://gold.razer.com/, but I couldn't purchase anymore after. I'm not sure why I can't anymore, maybe there was an activated security option in PayPal that I don't know how to change.

What funding source are you using?

Is that funding source confirmed?

What back up funding sources do you have linked to your paypal account?

Are they all confirmed?

What error message do you get?
