Can't pay invoice, my ID doesn't been confirming

Hi guys
I'm trying to pay an invoice for services and I'm unable to. I tried it on my laptop then my mobile and I thought to follow the confirm ID link. It thanks me for supplying all the ID when I haven't done anything yet.
What should I do now? Paypal assistants are offline now.
