Can't pay for items from ebay

I can't connect to PayPal from ebay I'm getting this notice invalid client_ID or redirect_uri I'm having no problem actually logging in to PayPal from the app

Same problem for last 24hrs

Been onto paypals facebook and opened a "chat" so far 1.5hrs later and absolutely nothing just the usual clear cache clear cookies change browser. Just generic rubbish and no help
