I can't pay the auction I've won because of the error Sorry we can't send your payment right now. eBay greys out paypal option and PayPal has stopped you sending money.

Regarding your issue about not being able to send payment

Here's the requirements to send money/payment to anyone with an email address:

1. Confirm the email address on your PayPal account.

1. Go to Settings
2.  Click Update next to the email address you want to confirm.
3. Click Confirm this email and we'll send you an email.
4. In the email we send you, click the Confirm your email button. At that time, you’ll be directed to the PayPal login page to enter your password and finalize the email confirmation process.

Then complete one of these steps:

• Add a credit or debit card to your PayPal account, or
• Add and confirm a bank account, or
• Get approved for a PayPal MasterCard® or PayPal Credit.

Now, if all requirements are met and completed and it still says that PayPal has stopped you from sending money then we highly suggest to contact our live chat for further assistance, that way we'll be able to figure out why you're not able to send payment.

Everything needed is confirmed, PayPal account is in good standing. Haven't tried eBay since but now I can't pay Argos either.
