Can't pay customer payment through my store

Hi,
When customer checkout through my store, they always get below message,
"We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method."
My store works very well in PayPal sandbox account but when I set up PayPal live account, it gets above message to a customer.
We use PayPal Standard methods and my account is business PayPal account and my account show one notification "Please provide your GST registration details to avail input tax credit."
Please tell me what's wrong with you in my account or any other setting for setup to my account.
