Don't know whats going on, I have had a BUSINESS account for 20 years, I can receive money fine but 90% of the time I cannot pay for goods and services. In once instance, I had to send $50 several times friends and family to pay for an item. I was able to Finally send a large amount Friday for an item, but had to use some weird roundabout way by typing in his Paypal.me username and it went. I cann't send using invoices, or by just typing in their email. WTF????
I have a large Paypal balance, bank and debit card attached to my account as well.
