I have been trying all day to link my paypal to my xbox, google play, amazon and more but it keeps erroring out. It says "Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time." How can this get fixed? I wan't to pay for all my online stuff with paypal, and it is extremely frustrating that I can't find an answer or figure it out.
