Hey so I recently made a PayPal account and when I tried linking my card it told me. "Your card was declined by the issuing bank". I then called my bank and we sorted it out but now when I try and add my card it says "Your card was declined. Please try a different payment method". How come? I really want to add this card but PayPal isn't allowing it to go through. I called my bank again again and they told me that the problem had to be sorted out from PayPal's end.
Please help what do I do?
