Recently when trying to pay merchants I get the "PayPal Checkout - Log in" pop-up. I enter my information, click login and get the "Processing" graphic. The pop-up then reloads and the login screen is available again. Rinse and repeat. Can't use PayPal to pay. Using Chrome on Mac Mojave. I am able to complete purchases on my phone using the same log in info. Have triple checked that credentials are correct on desktop and I'm not getting any errors.
Searched the forums and didn't see something like this specific issue.
