I've been trying to order off ebay all day when i place my order the login screen pops up i login and it just sets there and buffers doing nothing has something changed i don't no about cause i used it last week and it was working fine.
I just tried making purchase using my phone and that worked haven't figured out what's going on with my laptop yet hope this is useful for someone else having the same problems.
If you are using an adblocker on your laptop, try whitelisting paypal.com - this has worked for several people who have experienced the same problem in the last week or so.
