Hello. I have to do a one time payment to pay for the fees of some items that I sold on Ebay. I also have enough cash on my pay-pal account to do so. I then choose pay-pal as the method to do so. Then I am redirected to a page where I have to choose among three different credit cards. The problem: I don't have funds in any of them to pay for to it! So, I have the available funds in the paypal account, and yet I can't pay because paypal does not allow me to use the funds that I have on it! Why does this happen? It's unbelievable, really.
