Can't claim payment on paypal

I have created new account and every thing is confirmed then I receive my payment and I got mail it says to claim your money when it clicked on it. It took me to PayPal login after log in it just took me to PayPal home page but no money in my account can you help me fast or payment will expire please?

Not sure you can accept payments in your country on a personal account.

You had better check with customer services in your own country.
