Can't change funding source and currencies option for my automatic payment

I had tried to change my automatic payment's funding source and currencies option few month, but it still error, however I use phone app or website, what I get is "An unexpected error has occurred. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later."

I am sorry to hear that you can't change the funding source for your automatic payment. To provide one of the safest online payment methods we review every payment before it's approved. Occasionally, we may block the use of a particular card, a bank account or your balance if there may be a higher-than-normal level of risk associated with the transaction. Unfortunately, we would not be able to manually change the security settings. However, you can try clearing your cache and cookies, deleting your browser history and waiting for 48 hours without accessing your account to let the system reset. This may help you solve the issue!
