Can't cancel payment "Sorry, we're not able to process your request right now."

I want to delete my account, I've cancelled all my automatic and old payments except of one which is Google, for old PlayStore purchases, there is no automatic payments, as in: I don't use that Google account, I don't even have it, and don't have any subscriptions for PlayStore or anything else. However, when I try to cancel that one payment I get: "Sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later."

 

So it won't let me close my account because I supposedly have an outgoing payment in the future (even tho I actually don't have that), and it won't let me cancel that Google thing.

 

And the agents that are supposedly there between 8am to 7pm on a weekend are never there, so no response from Paypal 😕
