So I have money on my PayPal account via funds. And I never had this problem before. Yesterday I managed to purchase something for a video game. Today I wanted to buy from the same people. I click checkout with PayPal. I log in and a screen comes up saying "We're sorry. We can't complete your purchase at this time." and at the bottom it says "Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.". The thing is I have balance and I bought from this site before. And I don't have a credit card. This pop up happens no matter what site I go on to pay.
