Can't add paypal as a payment method of facebook ads

I try to add paypal to facebook ads payment method but it always say thatthat "We’re sorry. We were unable to set up pre-approved payments. Please try again later."

Does anyone can help me to fix this problem?

Welcome to our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues using PayPal as a payment method. I normally recommend first reviewing the following Help Center article as it contains some useful info when you're unable to make a payment: My payment was declined. Why can’t I make or send a payment?

If you're still running into issues after that, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support to research this a bit further.

You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Call Us at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
