Can't add my bank account

I cant add my card for instant transfer because they are not supported which is fine, however when I try adding my bank account for standard transfers it doesn't work... after entering my account info and confirming via phone it says that I have been confirmed then the screen goes white with a spinning green circle, it spins for around 10 minutes and then goes off and my account isn't added, I've tried with multiple devices and nobody seems to know a solution. it's getting really frustrating and annoying as my money is trapped inside PayPal

Same here. I got a suggestion to change the language to english, but didnt help
