Can’t accept payment

Buyer sent money. Their bank acct has been charged. It says I received the money. However I can’t receive it. They need to refunded but how can I refund the money I can’t accept???

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
