Hi, we recently set up an eBay account connected to our PayPal account. We got an email asking us to click on a link to accept funds for an item we sold, but it didn’t put any money in our account. The buyer has paid, and the item has been delivered so the money should have been released from eBay but we still can’t accept the payment. Can anyone help?
As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
