Hi there, i can't send money to my friends and families. there's a message saying that "Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later." it didn't happen last time, please i need a solution. thanks in advance.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
