Dear all friends, I've just made Paypal account three days ago. My account has been connected to my visa debit card. I 've managed to send $10 to my friend's account at the first day. I still have Rp. 4,900,000 or equal about US$320 in my visa debit balance. Few hours ago I try to send $300 to other Paypal account, but it's failed. I'm so pleased if anyone would like to explain it...thanks a lot.
