Can't Receive Gifts

Hello Community. 

I am unable to receive gifts to my Israeli Paypal Account.

A friend is trying to send me a gift but it says "recipient can't accept personal payments"

Sadly the option to receive personal payments is not available in every country, and Israel is one of the countries where it is not available at the moment.
