Hi there, I have quite a problem at the moment. I'm trying to unsubscribe from E-Junkie, which requires that I cancel my recurring payment to them in my PayPal recurring payments list. Unfortunately, there isn't any data available in that list, and it's probably because the subscription is paid using my credit card, rather than my PayPal money. I get an email from PayPal every time that recurring payment happens, and at the bottom, it tells me to contact E-Junkie in order to cancel that recurring payment. E-Junkie's customer service, however, has told me to refer to you instead, because there is nothing they could do. Would greatly appreciate your help, as I wouldn't want to keep spending on a subscription that I no longer need.
