So I've had this problem for about two weeks now. I set up a website and registered my account as a business account for my commissions as that's the only way I could receive money in my country. My first payment was made through a donation and I received an email shortly after saying I had money to claim. I clicked the link in the email and logged in like the instructions said but my balance is still $0.00. I've tried several times in the past few weeks and have failed everytime. I received another email some time after reminding me of the money and that I had until the 1st of February to claim. I'm a bit panicked as I don't want the payment to be canceled, how do I fix this 😞
