I have set up payments on my shopify store with paypal.. and I'm trying to test purchase.. Paypal send me this message This transaction cannot be completed because it violates the paypal user agreement!!

@kernowlass Bro i'm in a difficult moment, I live in Albania can I accept payments to my shopify store through paypal??? .... I have activated the paypal in the store but when you make a purchase paypal send that message .. what should I do ?
