Can not recieve my payment

Hey guys i worked at a website and i i asked for withdraw but when he tried to send me money he gave me this message :Your payment was declined by paypal

so what should i do

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
