Can i remove a bank account after putting creditcard?

Hello, 

My Paypal account is activated with an auto withdrawal US bank account with no card, But I will make a Prepaid card soon, So can I remove the bank

after activating the card to Paypal, Also Paypal is holding money for 21 days can I still do that?

if no, Can I remove auto withdrawal from the bank account and activate it on my card?

I'm from Egypt so auto withdrawal is required.

According to the PayPal Egypt page you can verify your account with a bank or card. It doesn't say anything about requiring both at the same time.

For withdrawals, PayPal says Egypt accounts can withdrawal to a Visa card (Egyptian bank issued). I don't know if the card being prepaid will make a difference or not.
