Hi so someone just sent money to me in my paypal account its my first time using paypal. So when he sent me the money its worth $600 CAD it had a problem cause it says my account is limited. So he needs to send another $800CAD to make it $1,400CAD to expand my account and when he did that an email was sent to me by paypal saying i need to go the nearest bitcoin teller machine to buy $800 Bitcoins to acknowledge the $1,400CAD and i will send the receipt to the email they use then the $1,400CAD will be credited to my account and i’ll just send back the $800CAD to him. Is there a way he can get it refund? Because i can’t afford buying the $800 bitcoins
