Can a buyer withdraw a payment which for me (seller) is currently on hold?

I have the option to to refund the buyer - I have not yet sent the item - but I am wondering whether the buyer has the option to withdraw the payment?

I.e once I send it off and they get the tracking information confirmed to them, could they just withdraw the payment?

Some payments can be cancelled while others cannot. The buyer may only cancel a 'Pending' payment which shows as Unclaimed, meaning it hasn’t reached the intended recipient. If you can see the payment as "Pending", this means that it has been successful and the status of the payment on the buyer' side is "Completed". In this case, the buyer cannot cancel it.
