Someone open my Account yesterday night at 9pm (GMT+8) and send money to someone name GSPD which is not familiar to me He She Get all my money from my credit card which is amounting 3.3K and left me with Ph 88 I file a concern notice from the pay pal and today I receive their email saying they already refund it but the money is no where in my account I tried to refresh it and nothing happen I also quickly remove my Credit Card and Unlink it to pay pal because I was scared it might happen again. I just to know if someone also experience this kind of problem and how did you solve it? Is there also another way that I can get my money back?
Also I tried contacting the pay pal itself but they just keep telling me they already refund it
