I purchased a The Perfect Gift prepaid VISA card and was trying to buy an item online through paypal. It denied my card when I tried to buy something with it. I tried 2 different items using the same card but it wouldn't go through. I tried using my card on a website that didn't use paypal and the payment went through. I don't know what is up but using this prepaid card with paypal does not work.
