Hello! I want to know who cancelled an eCheck. I am having a dispute right now with a friend, and he says that I cancelled the eCheck, even tho I didn't and I am pretty sure he did. Thank you.
Unless it was declined by your bank ie the bank transfer failed then ONLY the person that is to RECEIVE the echeque can cancel it. You as the sender can't.
