Can I receive money on Paypal without bank account verification?

I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles receiving your 2 random depostis. Generally, it can take 3-5 business days to see them on your bank statement. If it has passed that time, please reach out to your bank to see if there are any charges pending from PayPal.
