Hi! I gave a refund to a buyer (she basically harrassed me into doing it) and all I wanted was for her to remove the bad feedback she has left me. She's now blocked me & hasn't deleted the feedback. Is there any way I can cancel the refund? She's taken my money.
Gosh i wouldn't refund a buyer just because of the odd red dot on a website !!!
Anyway if the pending refund was because you funded it from your bank account then the only way to cancel it is to talk to your bank and see if they can recall it.
